Practicing speed painting with Painter. I made heavy use of the Palette Knife and also the Loaded Palette Knife to achieve this look. I love the way Painter blends color but keeps individual hues, making all the colors look more vibrant. It looks somewhat ugly at 100% magnification.

I used a photo of a New York street for reference. It took me about 3 hours to complete in 3 1 hour sessions.
